Both are required for a warranty claim or return.
Manufacturer’s warranty
We offer a manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year or 50,000 km, whichever comes first.
The warranty provides free tire replacement for failures caused by defects in the manufacturer’s materials or workmanship.
There is no mileage warranty for taxi, Uber/Lyft or any other commercial use.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover road hazards or damage caused by:
- Nail or screw punctures and cuts from sharp edges.
- Hitting curbs or potholes.
- Suspension or alignment problems and incorrect balancing.
- Overloading, drifting or incorrect tire pressure.
Tire care
Have the wheel nuts re-torqued 7–10 days after installation.
We recommend rotating your tires every 10,000 km to help achieve the best tire life.
According to the manufacturer’s information, expected tire lifespan is 3–5 years. Actual lifespan varies with driving style.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 2 business days of purchase. Tires must be in clean, unused condition and must never have been installed.
Bring your warranty paper and payment receipt with the tires.
