Bowen’s Tire respects customer privacy. We collect only the personal information needed to provide quotes, appointments, invoices and customer service. This may include name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, tire size, photos provided by the customer and service history.
For a business account application, we also collect your company name, business type, business address, contact details, any website, additional contacts or notes you provide, and a business licence or registration document. We record the application date and your application confirmations.
Please provide only information needed for your application. Avoid including unrelated personal information in your uploaded document.
How we use your information
We use this information to communicate with customers, provide tire and vehicle-related services, prepare invoices, manage appointments and meet legal or accounting requirements.
We use business account application information and documents to verify the business, assess the application, contact you about it and manage the account if approved.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell customer personal information. We do not share customer personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Customer information may be stored in business communication tools, email, phone messages, invoices, accounting records and service records. Access within our business is limited to authorized staff.
We use service providers to operate this website, communicate with customers and store business records. These providers process information for those purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Business account applications and uploaded documents are stored in Airtable. Airtable’s default data storage location is the United States. We use Airtable to store and manage applications, support their review and maintain business records. Information processed or stored outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that country.

Website and external services
Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs to deliver the website and protect it from misuse.
Our contact page includes a Google Maps embed. Loading the map or opening external links may allow those services to collect technical information under their own privacy policies.
Retention and your requests
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the business or legal purposes described above. When no longer needed, it is securely deleted or made anonymous.
You may contact us to ask about or request access to your personal information, request corrections, raise a privacy concern or ask to withdraw consent. We will explain any legal or business limits that apply to your request. Withdrawing information needed to assess an application may prevent us from completing that assessment.
